Our Heritage
A family company,
two generations deep.
Cove Developments carries on Braemar Co, the home-building company Howard Schmidt ran for decades. When his son Garrett joined the business, they relaunched it under a new name to reflect what it had become: a family company, run by family.
The name goes way back. In the 1980s, Howard and his brother Dave built the Willow Cove apartments on their father's farm. Years later, Howard built Coventry Cove with Ellis Ivory. Cove Developments honors both.
